Activity-Based Learning

Sports psychology improves mental and physical well-being through a range of physical activities and exercises, which we tailor to each individuals needs and preferences. It is beneficial in managing frustration, anger, low self-esteem, poor social skills, and difficulties focusing. It is known to promote mental resilience, physical health, self-esteem, confidence and focus.

What is Qigong?

Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice involving meditative movements and martial techniques. It is widely accepted to provide both mental and physical health benefits by enhancing focus, mental resilience, emotional regulation and circulation, as well as reducing stress and muscular tension. It is, therefore, a powerful tool to help regulate and support those with behavioural management and mental health challenges.

Benefits of a Holistic Approach

Our holistic combination of sports psychology and Qigong practices provides all the benefits of exercise and physical activity, such as improved mental well-being and physical health, with the additional benefits of enhanced focus and attention, emotional regulation, internal strength and mental resilience.
